Project Management for Fast Track Projects

We offer Full project management services including :
– On/Off site Projects Management
– Preparing Projects Plans, Baseline programs, Target Programs, and Manpower Histogram using Primavera and MS Project softwares
– Projects Cost Control to reduce project Cost
– Contract Management including contractual letters, Variation orders, and preparing arbitration cases for MEP Projects
– Quality Control as per project requirement
– Preparing engineering documents including shop drawings, method statements, Risk assessments, RFIs, Material Submittal, …etc
– Preparing And managing project Logs such as: Procurement Log, Shop drawing logs, NCR Logs, Variation Logs, ..etc
– Load Calculations and preparing Load Schedules and Single Line Diagrams as per ADDC, SEWA, and DEWA regulations
– Monitoring Site progress on daily and weekly bases to expedite the work and ensure compliance with the project’s program
– Coordination with other services to ensure a smooth flow of work
– Obtain authority approvals through our partners and arrange the needed documents
– Preparing Project Closeout documents including As-Built, O&M , Zero defect Reports
Electrical and ELV Works
We have a Skilled team to do all works for :
– MDB, SBMDB, DBs installation and termination
– Cable Pulling, dressing Grinding and termination
– Containment installation
– Devices installation for CCTV, Security systems, Intercom, SMATV, BGM, AV, BMS, and other ELV systems
– Cables Testing works : Migger testing, FLuke Testing, ODTR testing, Continuity Testing
– systems Testing and Commissioning as per manufacturers recommendation
Installation and Maintenance works for Lighting and Facade Lighting Works
– Supply and install Cable Tray, Trunking, and Containments
– Supply and install Electrical, Control, and Data Cables
– Supply and install Junction Box, WP boxes, Adapters, Glands,..etc
– Supply and install Distribution Boards
– Supply and install Racks, Switches, Patch Panels, and other Passive components
– Installation of Light and Facade Lighting Fixtures as per manufacture recommendation – Providing Skilled Manpower for external works and working at heights using Rope access, Cradles & BMUs
– Installation of Drivers, Servers, and DMX system as per product requirements
– Fluke and ODTR testing for Data and Fibre Cables
– Testing and Commissioning
